Recommended Process

1. Dippling:

Dosage ： 1-3% o.w.f Bath ratio ： 1：8 ～ 15

Temperature & time ： 40-50 ℃ × 15 ～ 20min

Dyed cloth → impregnated in the working solution of 40-50 ℃ , running 20-30min → washing → drying

2. Dippingand rolling method:

Dosage: 10-20 g/L

Dyed cloth → room temperature, one dip and one rolling working solution → shaping.
