Recommended Process

1. Polyester knitted fabric practice and dyeing with the bath degreasing process: HS-118: 3-1.0g / L, leveling agent:0.3-1.0gL, temperature 120-130

℃ , treatment 30-60min.

2. Spandex fabric pretreatment oil removal process :HS-118:0.3-1.0g/L, soda ash;1-2g/L, temperature 90-110℃ , treatment 30-60min.
   3. Polyester embroidery cloth and other degreasing process; HS-118: 0.5-1.5g/L, degreasingagent added after running at room temperature for 10min, and then warmed up to 80-100 ℃ , processing 30- 60min, and then overflow washing out of the tank.
   4. For continuous degreasing process; HS-118:1.0-0g/L, pH value can be adjusted according to the needs of the factory. Temperature 80-100℃
